Home Energy (HERS) Audit/Rating
This is a "full blown" Energy Audit, including a detailed analysis of your
home with comprehensive Pressure And Thermographic Testing/Diagnostics.
Includes establishing a "baseline" by documenting all construction aspects
of your home. The HERS software then allows us to run "what ifs" to
determine which improvements are the most cost effective. This service is
required for Energy Efficient Mortgages, Energy Star, and many Rebate
Programs.

Door (Pressure Diagnostics)
Blower Door/ Pressure Diagnostics to analyze thermal envelope’s resistance to air movement. Pressure diagnostics are very eye-opening to the homeowner. Also includes an inspection of other energy robbing items (insulation, windows, HVAC, etc) This service is usually the most effective for troubleshooting comfort and energy utilization problems. Written Report - $50
Home Energy Tune-up  ( for older homes )
- information gathered is analyzed using specialized software to produce a comprehensive Home Energy Tune-uP® Report. The Report shows which energy-efficiency improvements would reduce energy costs and make the home more comfortable. It contains estimates of the savings, costs and payback for each energy-efficiency recommendation. The report is provided electronically via email. Blower Door/Pressure Diagnostics are NOT included. Energy Efficiency Analysis  - includes Whole House Air Infiltration,
Blower Door/Pressure Diagnostics & Energy Tune-uP (for older homes).
After this inspection homeowners are much more aware of overall energy and comfort phenomena and are particularly more aware of their own home's characteristics and what can be done to improve.

Duct System Analysis  Blower Door and/or Duct Blaster Pressure Diagnostics to analyze duct system air leakage. The duct system is isolated and tested separately from the rest of the home. On-site oral report provided.
